License
XOOPS is a GPL 2 licensed content management system. To comply with the license of XOOPS, All XOOPS premium themes in this website (thereafter refered to as “The Theme”) is licensed under the following terms:
1. All the HTML files are licensed under GPL 2.0, as required by XOOPS.
2. Javascript files are licensed under their specific license, which is commented in the file itself.
3. All files other than HTML and Javascript files, including but not limited to cascading style sheets (CSS), images and Photoshop files (PSD) are offered ONLY to The Theme buyers. You are allowed to modify them for your own use. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any such kind.

Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of The Theme, modified or unmodified. The Theme is property of SUN Ruoyu.

Warranty
The Theme is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. It is not guaranteed that The Theme will work on all XOOPS versions or all browsers.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall my juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use The Theme.

Payment and Refund Policy
All payment are handled by Paypal. Other method of payment might be used with the agreement of the buyer and me, the seller.
I will not issue refund in any cases.
